Michelle Riddell worked in a tech startup company, 2020-2024. Her most recent role involved developing operational strategies, product development and execution, generating user adoption and engagement and working closely with the rest of the team to expand the technology platform. Michelle served for 10 years at Educational Media Foundation, 2009-2020. She oversaw the teams that produced multi-media assets, managed all things digital (websites, apps, socials) and handled public-facing interactions. Michelle’s professional history also includes roles in business development, marketing operations, information technology and supply chain management. Over the last 20+ years, she gained extensive experience with implementing consumer-based digital engagement solutions and enabling various business transformation initiatives.
Michelle’s professional background includes roles in program management, business development, marketing operations, information technology and supply chain management. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Decision and Information Sciences at Santa Clara University (Santa Clara, California) in 1995. In 2003, Michelle obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology Innovation from the Graduate School of Management at University of California (Davis, California).
Michelle teaches as an adjunct professor at Jessup University’s School of Business.
She lives in southwest Washington with her husband, Eric, where they enjoy numerous outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing and kayaking. Her step-daughter, Elli, is married to Nick, and they live in Portland, Oregon.
